We have called them several times, each time for something different, and it's not like we are calling them to come back and fix something they were supposed to have already fixed. We've owned an older house for about a year, so there's all sorts of things that come up and need to be fixed. We have no experience about how old things are, or even when they were first installed. We've had to call Gering Valley Plumbing & Heating on various things--such as heating and plumbing--and they've been really wonderful. Their staff is very courteous and very professional.
